How long does it take to go live?

Is this different from social listening or brand monitoring tools?
Yes, completely different. Social listening and brand monitoring track online mentions and sentiment. Timelaps is survey-based brand health tracking: we measure how real consumers perceive, recall, and choose your brand, using validated research methodology and census-matched panels to ensure representative sampling. Instead of listening only to the vocal minority that posts, we also measure the silent majority that buys. Social data tells you what 1% of your category said out loud; it cannot tell you what the other 99% think, remember, or choose.
